Here's what I'm doing: 📋 Step 1: Harvesting search terms • Pulling all converting search terms from the last 7 days across 12 campaigns • Moving 23 converting terms from auto → manual exact match • Setting bids at 125% of your target ACoS 📋 Step 2: Negative keyword review • Identified 47 search terms with >$2 spend and 0 conversions • Added as negative exact to source campaigns • Estimated monthly savings: $340 📋 Step 3: Bid adjustments • 18 keywords performing above target ACoS — bids reduced 15% • 31 keywords under target ACoS with volume — bids raised 10% • 5 keywords with <10 impressions/week — flagged for review 📋 Step 4: Budget reallocation • Campaign 'Kitchen-Organizers-Auto' using 100% daily budget — increased $5/day • Campaign 'Bamboo-Brand-Defense' using 40% — reduced $10/day 📋 Step 5: Weekly report • Report drafted, sharing to #amazon-ppc Slack channel at 9am. All steps completed. Total time: 3 minutes. Next run scheduled for next Monday 8am.
