Meet the Jarvio Agent: a conversational AI that executes Amazon seller tasks in plain English. Ask questions, give instructions, and get results without touching a dashboard.

Your Amazon operations assistant. Ask it anything about your business: inventory levels, sales trends, ad performance, competitor changes. Tell it to take action: create tasks, send alerts, update spreadsheets, build workflows. It connects to 150+ tools, all Amazon report types, and uses Claude and Gemini for analysis and content generation.

What can the Agent do?

Pull sales data, check inventory, analyse ad performance, create tasks in Asana or ClickUp, send Slack alerts, generate listing copy, update PPC bids via the Advertising API, and build workflows: all through conversation.

How it works

Type what you need in plain English. The Agent understands Amazon-specific context like FBA reports, ROAS, Buy Box, and Brand Analytics, then executes using 150+ built-in tools and direct API connections.

Example conversations

'Which products are running low on stock?' gives you an instant answer. 'Pause all keywords with ACoS above 40%' executes via the Advertising API. 'Run this every morning at 8am' sets a schedule.

Tools it connects to

Amazon SP-API, Amazon Advertising API, Google Sheets, Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Slack, Gmail, Keepa, SmartScout, and anything with an API. Claude and Gemini handle AI analysis and content.

What Makes the Jarvio Agent Different

Most Amazon seller tools give you dashboards. You log in, navigate through tabs, click buttons, and export data. The Jarvio Agent replaces that entire workflow with conversation. Instead of navigating to a PPC dashboard to check campaign performance, you type "How are my Sponsored Products campaigns performing this week?" and get an instant answer with the numbers, trends, and recommendations.

The difference is not just convenience. When you interact through conversation, you can chain requests naturally. "Show me campaigns with ACoS above 40%" followed by "Pause the keywords driving that spend" followed by "Set up a daily alert if any campaign ACoS exceeds 35% going forward." Three actions that would take 20 minutes across multiple tool interfaces happen in one conversation.

What the Agent Can Execute Directly

The Agent connects to Amazon's SP-API and Advertising API, which means it can both read and write data. Here is what that looks like in practice:

  • PPC management: Adjust bids, pause or enable keywords, change campaign budgets, add negative keywords, and create new ad groups. These changes happen through the Advertising API and take effect in Amazon's system.
  • Listing updates: Update titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords via the SP-API. Changes are submitted to Amazon's catalogue system.
  • Data retrieval: Pull any Amazon report type: sales, traffic, inventory, advertising, Brand Analytics, search terms, and more.
  • Third-party integrations: Send data to Google Sheets, create tasks in Asana or ClickUp, post messages to Slack channels, trigger email notifications, and connect to tools like Keepa or SmartScout for external data.

What the Agent Hands Off to You

The Agent cannot interact with the Seller Central web interface. This means certain actions require you to complete the final step manually:

  • Reimbursement claims: The Agent prepares complete claim documentation (transaction IDs, shipment IDs, discrepancy amounts, evidence) but you submit the case through Seller Central's reimbursement portal.
  • Promotions and coupons: The Agent can recommend promotion strategies and calculate ROI, but creating coupons, Lightning Deals, or promotions requires Seller Central.
  • Brand Registry actions: Enrollment, A+ Content uploads, and Brand Store edits happen in Seller Central.
  • Customer messaging: Amazon's Buyer-Seller Messaging is only accessible through Seller Central.

The AI Models Behind the Agent

The Agent uses Claude and Gemini, selecting the most appropriate model for each task. Content generation tasks (listing copy, product descriptions) typically use Claude. Data analysis and pattern recognition tasks use the model best suited to the data volume and complexity. You can also specify which model you prefer for any given task.

The AI layer is separate from the execution layer. When the Agent generates listing copy, the AI writes the content, but the actual update to Amazon happens through the SP-API. This separation means you get creative AI output with reliable API execution.

Building Workflows Through Conversation

One of the Agent's most powerful capabilities is assisting you in building workflows through conversation. Describe what you want automated: "Every morning, check my inventory levels. If anything has less than 14 days of stock, create a task in Asana and alert me on Slack." The Agent assists you in building the workflow, suggesting the right blocks, schedule, and logic. You can review it in the drag-and-drop builder and edit anything before activating it.

This means non-technical users can build sophisticated automations that would normally require a developer or an expensive automation platform. The Agent assists with the technical translation from your plain English description to executable workflow logic.

Who the Agent Is For

Solo sellers use the Agent as a virtual operations manager, handling the monitoring and reporting tasks that eat into selling time. Agencies use it to manage multiple client accounts from a single conversation interface. Brands use it to coordinate between advertising, inventory, and product teams without everyone needing access to the same dashboards.

The common thread is time savings. Tasks that previously required logging into multiple tools, exporting data, building spreadsheets, and sending updates now happen in a single conversation. The Agent does not replace your judgment; it replaces the repetitive execution that consumes hours every week.

A conversational AI that has access to all of Jarvio's 150+ tools. You type what you need in plain English and it executes: pulling data, creating tasks, sending alerts, adjusting bids, and building workflows.
Is it just a chatbot?
No. There is a full automation platform behind every conversation. The Agent can access your Amazon data via API, connect to your tools, and execute multi-step operations, not just answer questions.
What AI models does it use?
Claude and Gemini, selected automatically based on the task. Analysis, content generation, image creation, and recommendations all use the most appropriate model.
Do I need coding skills?
No. The Agent works through natural conversation. For advanced users, there is an optional Python code interpreter, but it is not required for any standard operation.

Yes. The Agent acts as a workflow assistant: describe what you want automated and it helps you build the workflow, suggesting the right blocks, schedule, and logic. You review and edit everything in the drag-and-drop builder.
Can the Agent submit cases to Amazon Seller Support?
No. The Agent can prepare case documentation, draft appeals, and gather all the data you need, but submitting through Seller Central's web interface is done by you.
